Do you have a large garden or land?

We are able to visit your property in order to advise you on your gardens/lands development potential and value. After our initial visit we can advise you on the best way forward to suit you. Some people like to sell their excess gardens/ land with "hope value", i.e. no planning consent in place, others prefer to submit planning applications themselves, whilst others enter into Option Agreements with experienced developers. There are many different ways to either develop or dispose of excess garden/ land and we can advise you of your options and help you to decide on the method which suits you.

Development Consultancy

We are able to assess and offer advice on small scale and major development schemes including New Homes, mixed use regeneration schemes, office and retail developments. Our experienced chartered surveyors have led teams of leading professionals including signature architects such as Frank Gehry and Richard Rogers Partnership and have excellent relationships with small private developers as well as national house building companies. We can bring a very commercial approach to maximising scheme returns, structuring joint ventures and partnering agreements, financial modelling and risk identification and marketing strategies from inception through to final disposal.
